So I have been a little behind on blogging about my most recent happening. I got a new job! I am the Wellness Coordinator for American Express in Salt Lake. This is such an awesome job that I can actually use my major with and so far I am loving it! American Express has an on site gym and offers a wellness incentive program to all their employees. So, in a nutshell, I teach 15 classes a week (Zumba, Yoga, Pilates, Power Pump, Step, a Cardio Bootcamp Class, and Shadowboxing to name a few), I do nutrition consultations and personal training, I get to do a lot of speaking events at seminars, meeting, and luncheons, along with creating huge company wide health and wellness programs and competitions. So this job is perfect because I am still teaching a ton but I also get to use my creativity to create ads, handouts, newsletters,etc and I am using my major to create wellness programs and implementing them at AMEX. This a full time job so I had to cut back on the classes I was teaching at Golds and 24 (which I was sad about because I love my classes and the members) but, I am still teaching Mon, Tues nights and Fri. mornings at 24 and then I teach pilates at Golds on Saturday (so you can still come see me). I am also still at the Dance Club training clients on the reformers a few nights a week as well. Oh and don't forget about POJO, we are in the works of creating new bags and working on making pojo awesome. So I have just become extra busy but I am very grateful to have found this new job and to be able to do something that I LOVE. 
Now, this is off the subject, but tonight I made a new healthy cookie recipe that was DELISH!

i know i've told you a thousand times that i'm proud of you for this job, but again, SO PROUD. thanks for that cookie recipe, i'm excited to make them one day even though we all know i suck at baking.
