Whats for Dinner?

Today I made my mom's meatballs. (don't you just hate saying that word meatballs?) anyways, I was a little nervous because I usually don't like meatballs and lately I have been having bad luck in the kitchen. But, they turned so yummy and Rob really liked them. The best part is they are easy and only take 30 mins. to cook. They are a good Sunday dish because they make a lot and are good for leftovers. Here is the recipe:

Mom's Meatballs
1 lb ground beef
3/4 c oats
2 eggs
1/2 chopped onion
1/2 c milk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp worchishire sauce

Combine ingrediants in a bowl and mix together. Form balls and place in dish to bake. Pour sauce (see below) over the meatballs. Bake for 30 mins. on 350 degrees. Once done, pour a little more bbq sauce on top of meatballs. Serve with rice.

Sauce:
1/2 c brown sugar
1/4 c vinegar
1 tsp mustard
1/4 c bbq sauce
1 tsp worchishire sauce

*You can also make a meatloaf instead of the meatballs. Just bake for 40 mins instead of 30 at 350 degrees.

Enjoy!
