Namaste.

This week is my first week back from surgery. I had to wait six long weeks to teach or workout and let me tell you.. it seemed like six years! Tonight I taught yoga and it was amazing. If you have never tried yoga before you need to. Your first time may be a little rough but by the second or third time you be hooked. If you live in Utah let me know and Ill tell you when I teach. If you don't still try it. Regardless of where you live or your schedule, I think everyone should do yoga. Yoga allows our mind and bodies to connect and really work together, it also lets us to use our inner strength within our bodies. Yoga is an excellant way to thank our bodies and to givenour minds to take a second and breathe.

So here is the challenge: Take a yoga class, or get a dvd or a book and try it three times. You will be amazed at how strong, free, relaxed and clear you will feel after each session. You will see results within your body and also your mind. Just take a few minutes to let yourself reflect on life and just breathe. (Yoga, especially downdogs and chaturangas, do amazing things for your arms too.. especially ladies the wiggle under your arm.. you know what i am talking about!)

Yeah, I agree...I love yoga! You're right, everyone should try it. I think it really helped me out after my accident. When life settles down, and I'm not building a house...I'm goin back to yoga.
