
I just made the most delicious, nutrious and prettish color pink smoothie you have ever tasted! It tastes just like a strawberry shake, heres the recipe:
1/2 c lowfat vanilla yogurt
1 c skim milk
2 tsp peanut butter
1 c frozen strawberries
2 tsp vanilla whey protein powder (optional)
6 ice cubes
Put all ingrediants in blender and blend for a while. This makes 2 8-oz servings, so you can have one now and then put the rest in the fridge and reblend for later!
Here is the best part: per serving there are 186 calories, 11g protein and 3 g of fiber.
This makes for a balanced breakfast, lunch or snack.
Go ahead and make one right now, you deserve it!
