Oh and about the whole Wes overview...okay so I totally didn't elaborate on it as much as i wanted...simply b/c I had no words! seriously though did you not want to DIE when he said "I'll be back home having a lot of sex" WOOOOOOOOOOOW. Highly doubtful! haha

So yeah, I must say you would have been proud of me at the 10k. I ran the whole distance with my friend Mallory. She runs half marathons so she was super encouraging towards the {uphill} end! It would be fun to do a run with you. :)
