So yesterday Rob and I ran the Salt Lake half marathon. It was our first one and a great feeling after you have run one. However, a piece of advice if you have an injury that already kills you you shoud think about what your about to do to your body. I hurt my hip and it band pretty bad on one of my runs and since then it has killed me! At about mile 4.5, I was in trouble. My hip just froze! But what was I going to do quit? No way! We are both very sore and I think that one day I will be able to walk again.. If you have never run a half marathon, its a great experience. Plus, you get a medal! All day rob kept saying to people, "I just ran a half marathon and I got a medal!" I was very proud of him.. well actually us for doing this. When we can walk again, we are going to do another one. (I know Jenna what in the world I am I thinking!)

Yeah Liz!! Congrats! I hope your hip starts to feel better. I'm proud of you. They wouldn't let me finish..yesterday was rough.
Liz, hey it's marissa..i found you from Julia's blog! I hope you guys are doing well in UT. You look great! I had some q's about group fitness certificates...Can I get your email so Ican email a few q's to you! I really want to teach pilates, or kickboxing, or just anything..I want to get a legit license so gyms will want to hire me but am so clueless as to what I need and where to get it!!

Liz, I didn't get to talk to you much when you came into work on Monday. Great job for finishing, but it sounds really brutal (there is no question I would have just quit)! I hope your feet and hip don't hurt for too long! Way to go though. See ya.
